Common questions

Three things clients ask before opening a file

No. The desk takes files that are small enough to fit on one purchase order and files that span several suppliers and several months. What matters is whether the file can be kept properly. If the scope is too thin to justify a register, we will say so and point you to a simpler approach rather than open a file we cannot maintain.

No. TRADZEY LLC is not a carrier and does not operate transport equipment. We prepare the documents, compare the quotes and reconcile the costs, and we work alongside the forwarders, brokers and carriers that the client appoints. The desk is the clerical and analytical layer around the movement, not the movement itself.

A first conversation can usually be scheduled within a few business days, and a desk owner is assigned as soon as a scope note is agreed. Public record checks begin immediately; reference conversations and site visits depend on the supplier responding. A typical vetting run closes within two to four weeks, though a difficult supplier can take longer, and we will tell you early if we expect it to.
